After entering all the Run Tickets for the month select the Reporting Tab.
A) Select a System Operator and System Serial Number.
B) Press the [Edit] button in the Hydrocarbon Storage && Run Data Group. The information entered here will be exported to Sections IV and V of the P-18.
C) Select the Month & Year.
D) If this is not your first month, Press the [Get Last Months Ending Balance] button. This will pull forward your Beginning Balance.
E) Press the Edit icon to the right of Total Sold.
F) Enter the Gatherer Information. Press [Save && Close] when you are finished.
G) Finish entering all the data in the Hydrocarbon Storage && Run Data group and press [Save].
