A) Select a System Operator and System Serial Number
B) In the P-18 group, Select the Month && Year for the P-18 you want to create.
C) Press the [Create P-18] button. NOTE: You may receive a rounding error message. See Item E below.
D) When the P-18 has been created it will be added to the "Links to P-18s" list. Click on it to open the P-18.
E) Very often when allocating Liquid Hydrocarbons back to leases they cannot be distributed equally based upon water collected from leases. You will see this message in the event that happens. You will have to open the P-18 and manually decide which leases you want to allocate the remaining hydrocarbons.
