P-18 Project Manager - Gathering Systems Tab

This information in this tab will be exported later to the top and Section I of the P-18.

System Operator & System Serial Number

System Operator - Selecting an Operator from this dropdown filters the list of System Serial Numbers linked to the Operator.
[Add/Edit Gathering Serial Operators...] - Displays a window that allows you add and edit operators.
System Serial # - Selecting a System Serial # displays its information below and allows you to edit it.
[Add System] - Allows you to add an new System Serial Number.
